Ebb & Flow Jungalows

Ebb & Flow Jungalows, built in 2015, it was the first luxury villa in Midigama. Consisting of two x two bedroom villas, each self-contained with its own private pool and living and dining lounge that overlooks the infamous Rams surf break in Midigama. The property has been the go to for those who want something more laid back but with all the luxury amenities. 

Sold in 2023 to an Australian family, they hired ATRIUM Consultancy to bring new life to their investment. On top of taking over the reservations from the previous owners, we implemented Lodgify as the property management system, created a new website and facilitated a payment gateway. We even conducted a photoshoot to capture the recent improvements made to the jungalows. 

We are currently on retainer to manage their reservations, content marketing, online campaigns and social media. We have reached numerous milestones such as having an increase in direct revenue and listing with international agents.
